A Little About Me

From Research to Real Life

At Summit Insight, my work is shaped by background in psychology, experience working in demanding and high-pressure environments, and an ongoing passion in how stress affects the way we think, work and live.

My academic work has focused on the relationship between psychological factors and experiences at work, and I’m continuing to explore this through current research into stress, self-compassion, psychological safety at work and burnout.

Alongside this, I’m developing a practical guidance exploring how we can recognise the signs of prolonged stress, understand the factors contributing to it, and develop more sustainable ways of responding.

Summit Insight brings these interests together, combining research and real-world experience to explore the things that affect how we function, both professionally and personally.
